How do you ensure the freshness of your cakes during shipping?
All Soulcake orders are baked to order, flash-frozen to preserve moisture, and shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of both vegan and gluten-free cakes. You can filter our shop page by dietary preference to see all available options.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard orders, we recommend placing your order at least 3-5 business days before your desired delivery date. For custom event cakes, please allow 2 weeks' notice.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your cake's journey in real-time.
How should I store my Soulcake once it arrives?
If you plan to eat it within 48 hours, store it in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, our cakes can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to a month.
